Since it's USB-C rechargeable it's easy to keep charged. Very bright, and makes it easy to inspect and fix the vehicles when on the go. I like that they included a lock-out switch so the battery does not drain sitting in your glove box. The only con I think think of is the lack of magnets, but that's not a deal breaker.
