I never received a call back for the warranty on a light that I own or the states of the tracking # that was no good. Bought this about a month ago for van camping and walking the dog at night. Just last night our power went out (we live in a mountainous region where the power goes out frequently) and reached for this thing immediately. The beam is so strong and helped me get the generator started in the dark and get a few lights up. I haven't really tested the longevity of a full battery but I love this thing so far. It IS heavy on your head, tho, FYI.
