### Better than expected — and outstanding customer service!
The P7R 25th Anniversary Edition performs even better than I expected. The build quality is superb, the beam is powerful and clean, and the manual focus is smooth and precise. It truly feels like a premium tool in the hand. And the 25-year warranty gives me total peace of mind — this is a flashlight built to last for decades.
I had some questions about how to use certain functions, and the customer service team was patient and responsive — they helped me every step of the way until everything was fully resolved. That kind of after-sales support is rare these days.
Between the flashlight itself and the service behind it, this was money well spent. Highly recommended!
