Great headlamp!

Bought the hard-hat version for the yellow strap. I need that to easily find the headlamp. Bright, easy to turn on and off, comfortable headband that stays in place. Lamp can be tipped up or down as needed. Rechargeable. Good battery life. Great headlamp for around the house. I use it daily when I put my chickens to bed, as well as for extra project light when I'm doing home repairs and projects. Would buy again, although it's really sturdy, easy to find, and I probably don't need yet another headlamp. This satisfies my criteria well. This is my second Ledlenser light, and I'm so pleased with features and quality.

L.E.D. Lender head light

I love the head so much I bought two. I already own one that I have at work. This makes 3 in total. They last about 6-8 hours on high. Takes about 1-2 hours to change. The only complaint is the bulkiness in the back of your head. On high sometimes you might feel the heat of the light. The light work so great that you might not care about the down sides. They sale for $100-$120 retail but on prime day the are half that ($69.) (Originally posted on Amazon)

Q:Hi. I recently purchased a brand new iH8R on Amazon (serial #2001554845). I like the product very much. But I'm a little confused with regards to the technical specs of this unit as displayed on your website. The website indicates that there is both a "battery status" and "battery level" indicator. I have carefully read the official ledlenser owners manual for this unit and I cannot find anything in there about these two battery indicators. All it shows is the "3 light-blink", indicating a 10% or less remaining charge. Would there be a reason why I don't have those 2 additional indicators on my iH8R? Also, your website mentions a "multifunction button" on this unit. I only have the 1 yellow button at the top of the light housing. Am I missing something or are Amazon LedLensers not the same as Ledlenser LedLensers? Any clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Victor

A:The button on the head of the light controls your light level. On the battery case there is a red and green LED, The red LED indicates the battery is charging the green LED will let you know when the light is fully charged.
