Q:I just received my H15R Work light and the first day I used it everything worked fine. I love the light it’s really powerful. So I put it to charge and now when I try to turn it on, it only flickers and it won’t stay on? Any ideas on what to do?

Q:Is the H15R work's battery pack replaceable in the field? If yes, what is the replacement battery's part number and price? Also, I have an H14. Are the H15R focus characteristics similar, spot to flood? Thank you.

A:Yes you can replace the battery in the field it take a 2x-21700-li-ion.
