My son's favorite headlamp
This lamp is very compact yet powerful in terms of light output. Unlike most other headlamps, this one really is designed with kids in mind. It features an utterly "useless" setting -- flashing blue and red, like a police car -- but that's my son's favorite setting. It's hilarious to watch the kids running around playing Cops and Robbers with their flashing headlamps during a family camping weekend. The battery didn't last past about three years, which I found a tad low for the occasional use this light has seen. However, LEDLenser sent a replacement free of charge, which I really appreciated. Overall, this lamp has make my son a very happy camper.

This light is so small and light weight that this is my second one. The first I got for my son’s birthday now that he’s starting to learn about camping. The light is bright enough to see what you need to see when doing something outside at night. Probably not the best option for hiking into the woods for hunting but plenty bright around camp or around the house at night. Even though it has a childish print on the strap I got one because of how small the footprint it. Its tiny. Not to mention the clip is nice for when wearing a pocket shirt.
