I purchased a P7 several years ago. Been a fabulous flashlight for my early morning fishing trips. Then one day it stopped working. Went to web site to purchase another but thought I should ask support if I should send back for repair. They said that model was discontinued. They asked for serial #. Turns out it has a 7 year warranty. Mine was still covered. Blew me away. They stepped up and have replaced it. Couldn't believe it. In today's world this company stands out. Great product and even better customer service. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank You Ledlenser. John B

Good all around light, But
I bought it to replace my Ledlenser T7 that was damaged my Rayovac batteries. It is a handy size and not overpowering for hand on work etc., like my Sig EDC. When I was on a Rescue Task Force for many years, we had to use battery powered lights due to quick replacement and lack of field recharging options. I only wish it had used the larger AA batteries or more AAA to give it more duration, which is 1hr on high, 2hr on med, and 25hr on low (low is good for maps and documents etc.).

Wonderful Flashlight
Fantastic build quality and functionality. The multi-function button and outstanding warranty are value-added bonuses. I also love that this flashlight takes standard AAA batteries, enabling quick restoration of full power when the installed set is finally spent. (Originally posted on Amazon)

Q:The description for the P7 Core mentions a switch in front. I don't see that in the photos. It looks just like a P7 with the switch in the rear. Could you clear that up for me? Thanks a lot, Keith
