World's Best Customer Support!

I'm another who has been using Ledlenser flashlights for the past 20 years. They were recommended by a family member in law enforcement. I ended up buying several because they are so well made and are so reliable that I don't want anything else in my car, garage or home. But there came a time when I finally needed the help of customer support. I was amazed to find how quickly they responded, how friendly they were and how easy it was to swap my old flashlight for a new one. I'm not given to writing reviews -- especially not ones that gush with praise -- but these guys deserve all the good things that are said about them.

Great support!

We requested assistance with a broken light. Customer service went beyond the call, and sent a brand-new replacement unit at no charge. Kudos!
