The PERFECT Addition!!!!
Received 2 cords, connected to headlamp, light wound not work, tried 2nd cord, still no light. If I remember reading instructions, there is a way to lock the light from accidently powering up, I need to reread the information to see if that is the problem? As far as the CORD, when I connected it for a TRAIL USAGE, it makes a FANTASTIC LIGHT (PERFECT)!!!

Q:Is this long enough so that I can put battery pack on my belt instead of on the light itself.

Yes — the Extension Cable Type C is long enough to wear the battery pack on your belt. The length is ~120 cm (about 47 inches).
